Q: Do you provide supplies?

A: Yes! We bring everything we need with us. 

Q: Do I have to be home while you clean?

A: As long as we have a way to get in, it's not necessary for anyone to be present. 

Q: Do I have to sign a contract?

A: No contracts here! Just call us when you need us. 

Q: When do I make my payment? 

A: Payment is due at the time of service.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash, checks and all major credit/debit cards.

Q: Are you insured?

A: We are licensed, bonded and insured. 

Q: Do your employees undergo screening?

A: Absolutely. Each employee must pass a background check prior to starting with our team.

Q: What if I'm not satisfied with my cleaning?

A: Please contact us within 24 hours of your service so we can rectify the situation. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so we'll make it right.
